Shrimp and Broccoli stir fry

Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry
Ingredients


1 bag of broccoli
3 carrots
1/3 cup of honey
1/4 cup of  reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon of chopped of ginger
1 lb of uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons of olive oil


Instructions

1. Stream your stir fry vegetables of choice. I used broccoli and carrots.
2.Whisk the honey,soy sauce,garlic, and ginger together in a bowl and add it to the cooked shrimp once the shrimp is cooked.

3. Place the shrimp in a large zip lock bag and pour 1/2 of the marinade mixture  and allow it to marinade for  10 minutes up to 8 hours.
4. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the shrimp in the skillet. Cook the shrimp on one side until pink about a minute and then the other side another minute.
5. Serve the shrimp with cooked marinade sauce.
